Frequently asked questions
General
No. You can contact the clinic directly to discuss your symptoms and arrange the appropriate next steps.
The first appointment typically lasts around 45–60 minutes. Although we may stay longer if you need. This allows time for a detailed assessment, discussion of your symptoms and goals, and the creation of an initial rehabilitation plan.
This depends on the type of injury and your goals. Some people need just a few sessions for guidance, while others benefit from a longer rehabilitation plan to rebuild strength and movement. We will discuss this with you after the initial assessment and outline a clear plan for recovery.
We help with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including:
• Low back pain
• Sporting injuries
• Muscle tightness and restricted movement
• Joint pain (such as knee, hip, or shoulder problems)
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Recovery following illness or injury
If you’re unsure whether physiotherapy is right for your situation, please get in touch and we can advise.
Yes. Physiotherapy before surgery can help improve strength, mobility, and confidence ahead of the procedure. This preparation can often support a smoother recovery afterwards and help you return to normal activity sooner.
